Returns & Exchanges

At Ashley Stewart, we want you to love your curves and your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that final sale items, intimate apparel, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label and packing slip; securely place the items in their original packaging and include the slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus a small return shipping fee.
